Security is a Top Priority With GoToManage
We started GoToManage with a deep enterprise security expertise already under our belts. We work every day to help you solve computer, network, and user challenges in your own environment and to help make your data secure. Here's what we do:
- We use the highest level of security standards to protect your data, which includes encryption, auditing, logging, backups, and safe-guarding data.
- We store our servers in a secure facility protected by biometrics palm scanners and 24/7 security guards. The facility also takes advantage of multiple transit providers to protect against network outages.
- We limit access to the data center and data to key GoToManage employees.
- We send all communications between the GoToManage Crawler and our servers using RSA public / private key encryption combined with AES encryption.
- We communicate between your browser and GoToManage using 128-bit SSL.
- We use a tiered server architecture where search index data is two tiers away from the ‘untrusted’ Internet. Access is through a mediating application server.
- We store each company's search index separately.
- GoToManage continually monitors the system to ensure that it is working as designed and that your experience is a good one.
